Emily Lehman, LPCC


Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dominican University of California and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University.

 

She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Emily uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and a person-centered approach, tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs.

 

Emily believes that therapy is most effective when it is a safe, supportive, and collaborative space. She is committed to creating an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for them.

 

Currently practicing under the supervision of Linda Clark, LPCC-S, Emily brings warmth, empathy, and understanding to every session, helping clients build the skills and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
