Emily Sykes, MD

Dr. Emily Sykes earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toledo. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Carleton College, where she majored in biology. Dr. Sykes completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Cincinnati and was the outpatient chief resident physician. She is Board Certified in Psychiatry with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Her specialty interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), holistic wellness and mental health in athletes.

Dr. Sykes is a certified Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider for PTSD.

She enjoys running, weightlifting, board games, and traveling.
